New Clases at Gold's Starting November 1st!

In an effort to continually upgrade Gold's Gym's facilities and services, we will introduce two NEW group fitness classes starting November 1st.

Gold's is proud to add a second Yoga Class on Monday evenings from 6:15-7:15pm by Ashtanga Yoga Instructor, Susan Batgne, to our team.

The long-awaited spin class will also commence on Monday with Russ Quinn teaching the first class. Luckily, we will have Vicki Daniel, a guest spin instructor, teaching extra classes on Tue, Wed and Thu (Nov 3-5, 2009) for our opening week.

Regular Spin Classes will be held on Mon and Wed from 6-7pm and Sat from 8:30-9:30am.

Spin and Yoga classes are an additional $2 per class for members. For non-members, the $10/day pass allows for a full day's use of facilities and classes.

For more information, call Gold's Gym at 233-4000.

Yoga at Gold's Begins Today!

Gold's Gym is continually improving its product and services. Today, Clarie Kosack, former owner and instructor of the Yoga Room, will begin her weekly Saturday morning class.

The class will run on Saturdays, from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. Please bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise there will be mats available. All the props from Yoga Room have moved to the Gym for your use. As always, come a few minutes early to set up.

If you are Gold’s Gym member, the class is currently free. If you are not a member yet, you have many options to choose from including:
1. Purchase a Day Pass at $10 which offers not only the class, but also use of the rest of the gym all day long
2. Purchase a SUPER 10 Ten-Day Gym Pass, at $50, which offers ten classes plus the use of the gym, a great bargain, and the price is good until the end of the year.
3. Become a Gold's Gym member!

Clarie is excited to start our yoga journey again and she reminds her students that the practice of yoga is a self-discovery journey we take in our own mind and spirit, so that no matter where we are, we keep our focus within.
